Bleed

Alcohol marker bleed is so funny. Like, I rarely use my alcohol markers outside of coloring book stuff (mostly because I was gifted 2 so I figured I'd get used to using markers by coloring those pages). So seeing it on my new sketchbook threw me off at first, but also in the sense of like... Dunno, it was funny to see it.

It looks even funnier considering the fact that I didn't use only alcohol markers. Super surprised that pigma pens don't bleed though. He looks a bit awkward from behind considering I used crayon to shade his skin. Which y'know. Doesn't bleed.

Marik, what are you doing?

I tried alternating to a different type of paper to see if it wouldn't bleed. But it seems like these kind of markers are just destined to do that. This is on a pretty thick index card that I originally bought for learning radicals while attempting to learn Kanji. Needless to say uh... I never got around to making stuff for all of my radicals so I'm just here like, "Guess I'll use it to draw." And then I flipped the drawing over, for funsies.

Kinda funny that it still bled.

I feel that Reimu doesn't look as funny to see on the other side though. But it's always kinda funny to see the splotches of ink when nothing else bleeds.

IDK why I felt compelled to write this. Maybe to look back and laugh.
