So, for a while I talked about finally getting the actual old layouts up, and not layouts based visually off of their design remnants. And I finally took the time to go dig them out and host them. So here it is. This is Mizumiya v1, back when it had a slightly different name. Generally, the gist of the name has remained the same, but that's whatever.
For the most part, this layout is not touched. I took a few things out, like the marquee of blinkies and buttons I used to have, but the div to put a marquee of stuff between the content box and either the header or footer is still there. I just filled it with a spacer because it would break without major overhaul to the CSS, and I honestly did not feel like doing that at the time. At some point I had the layout before I had it messed up, but that requires regenerating all the HTML via the PSD which is around here... somewhere. Not sure where.
Either way, this layout was originally made in Adobe Photoshop CS2 with the slice features. That's why the table has name like layout_## all over the place in the HTML. It was a common thing to do for these kinds of layouts back around 2000-2012. What I'm saying is the HTML is a mess, it's not validated at all. In all honesty, if I do decide to go back and change all my CSS & HTML and validate them for all my pages, I'm going to need to tweak a lot of HTML for these layouts. But that's another "maybe I'll do it later" type issues.
That aside, this is yours to do what you wish with it. I kindly ask that if you decide to use this you change out the banner and only use the frame, but honestly, I'm not the boss of you. This was put up for learning purposes and what not. It's half a month late, but better than nothing I suppose. All the pages don't work minus the credits, because I figured I'd leave those up. There's a bit of junk in the images folder that were used for other parts of my site, but outside of that, it's very barebones.
I apologize for not putting an in depth explanation in all of the HTML how to use it, or even textbox alternatives with the code & the assets and all that. This is moreso for you to look at the code, so feel free to use "inspect" or "view page source" rather than treating this like a typical premade, so that's all just ommitted. Plus, I don't even think I formatted textbox CSS in this, and I'm not about to do that. Just think of it as an old box you find shoved in your attic, and nothing more.
Anyways, here's a direct download to a .7z archive from my catbox files. It contains all of the files set up as is. You will need 7zip or another archival program to extract the files to use it.
